About Us

Soundwaves is a concert series presenting new music and improvisation in West Los Angeles, directed by Jeff Schwartz, Alicia Byer, and Richard An.

Soundwaves was based at the Santa Monica Public Library from 2016-2024 and was funded by the library, the Friends of SMPL, and the Amphion Foundation.

Beginning in April 2026, Soundwaves is at the Westside Music Conservatory.
